Thank you for visiting our website.  I hope you will soon be visiting HIS in person or attending for the 2010-11 school year. When you do, you will find a school of about 300 students who like coming to school, skillful teachers who teach each student as an individual, and a relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere.  
HIS now has Mac laptops for students in grades 8-12, competes with other international schools in high school volleyball, basketball, and soccer, hosts a regional Model United Nations conference annually, and has a vibrant drama program.  We are large enough to offer a college prep curriculum, yet small enough that even the most shy three year old soon feels comfortable and valued.  It is this combination of challenge and caring; rigor and relationships that makes HIS a successful school.  I’m honored to be the Head of School this year and will work hard to help make the year a productive and memorable one for students, parents, and teachers.
